About the episode/page "Using shared resources responsibly"

I have moved/updated

Motivation was:

• this should be more visible
• but it was also too much text and we did not even teach it the last time

What would you like me to do now @dhanya.pushpadas @sabry.razick:

• leave the old page as it is and link to the new page from the course page?
• remove the old page?
• leave a note in the old page towards the new page?
• something else?
