storage and quota instructor note:mamba version is different in saga and Fram

On fram the mamba version is similar to the exercise, but on saga and betzy the versiion is Mamba/4.14.0-0 @bast When I tested before merge , I did it only on fram. I can change it, but maybe you have a better mental map than me to fix it.
