Rename episodes to not contain a number

@sabry.razick @jorn.dietze are you OK with me renaming episodes to not contain a number? This is not needed in Sphinx and the numbers make it harder later to reorder episodes or to insert new ones.

I can do the work but want to hear whether you agree to not disrupt your work. Of course I would send it as MR and not just push.
