Maiken changes to HPC intro

  • Smaller restructuring and regrouping of contents
  • Removed part about investigating laptop and login nodes
  • vscode examples where needed/practical
    • Created rst instead of md file for episode 11 to be able to have a table that wraps words for the hpc versus cloud comparison
  • Improving and adding examples, exercises and discussion points in the Slurm episode.
  • fixed wrong download file in downloads
